The RS Feva Eurocup Áron Kutassy Memorial Regatta also serves as this year’s RS Feva Hungarian Championship. On the second day of competition, the gods were not kind to the young sailors. At 2:00 p.m., the organizers found an opportunity to hold their first valid race in 5–6-knot winds, but the wind didn’t hold, so the kids sailed back to shore to escape the scorching heat.

That leaves just one valid race, and hopes are pinned on more favorable conditions tomorrow.

At VGYE Dingi Port, there’s no shortage of ways to pass the otherwise nerve-wracking wait. Countless shaded areas, a volleyball court, a soccer field, and a tree-climbing course added variety to the program.
