Fourth and final day of competition: RS Feva Euorocup Hungary 2025 and National Championship

  • August 27, 2025

Meteorologists predicted similar weather conditions for the final day of competition. At 10 a.m., when the first race started, participants were greeted by a north wind of 8-11 knots, but the frequently shifting wind made it difficult to set up a fair race course. The race organizers once again did a good job, managing to hold fair races in the first two races despite several course changes, while keeping to the target time.

However, the start of the third and final race had to be delayed because the north wind died down at 1 p.m. The southwesterly wind that arrived did not pick up until 2 p.m. With the new wind direction of 8-9 knots, the organizing team managed to hold the last race of the day and also the last race of the RS Feva Euorocup Hungary 2025 and National Championship.

The organizers did a great job throughout the entire competition. Under the leadership of chief organizer Tibor Verebély, their excellent teamwork made it possible to organize a serious, fair international competition for RS Feva teams in Hungary for the sixth time.
